Colin founded CBLA with over a decade of experience in various sectors of design including public parks, hospitality, high-end residential and ecological restoration projects throughout the United States, Central America, Caribbean and The Bahamas.

Colin's design process is guided by extensive site studies and a thorough understanding of client aspirations, ultimately leading to an authentic design unique to its environment. Colin believes that as designers, we are not here to impress ourselves or a singular agenda upon any given place, but rather help create a balance between the built environment and the natural world.
